[Resolved] Cybercafe manager under web environment

Is it possible to have some kind of web environment that works like a cybercafe manager, made with PHP/MySQL that could, among other things:
- Lock/unlock the clients, controling and generating logs of programs and time used;
- Restrict access to stuff like regedit/search/run/command in the clients.

Do you guys know if something like this already exists?
