visible & invisible button..??

normally while installing a software, we used to agree the declaration and authorisation first to install completely the sw.
i found an interesting stuff of:
The 'agree' button will just become visible and able to be linked to other pages just after the user choose the agree radio button.

i.e.
...blabla...(notification)
O I accept this agreement
o I do not accept it..

(button)

But i do not have any clue on doing it!!
now actually what i m doing here is:
page1. the users enter their data
page2. i show the input data of them
page3. i ask for their agreement (because it is quite sensitive data)

then i dunno how to send such that big amount of data by using radio goTo function taught by ttt and spider last time, (so weird, no??)

The button trick is done with javascript. You should be looking at a javascript site/forum for that...

What about people with js disabled (no, i'm not one of them).

You could always enable the submit button, but when posted check to make sure the checkbox is checked. Otherwise say something like "Hey, you gotta read and accept the terms Mr. Obtuse".
