Free php Script Encryption

I want to create a php script, which I caan give to the public. However I feel giving out the core php file may pose a security risk and would like to encrypt the php file so that the script is unreadable. I would like to so that it is extremly hard to decrypt, and preferably free else cheap.

Hey, good luck with that. There are encrypters out there, but they aren't cheap...
They also require the decrypter be installed on the system.

There is always a way around encryption of any kind.. its a nice idea but as LordShryku they will need a decryptor on the server which means a download and again hackable source.

It also depends on the security of their server.

Lots of things to consider, and not sure what people around here think but i would go as far as impossiable. That is to make it completly unreadable..

As I said and many here before have said there is always a way.
