preg_match_all help

im trying to get all text that match with +[0]txt

basicly im trying figure out or to get anything with +[ anynumberhere ] anytexthere

example:

[0]joe: this is a test
[0]joe: .Z
+[0]joe
+[1]sunny
+[2]bob

etc....

im look to get only the txt with the + infront of it. Is preg_match the right step?

yes, [man]preg_match_all[/man] is the right step. pcre is better than posixregex in my opinion. Any other questions?
