Is there a PHP script I can use (and not pay for it) that will allow me to capture someones email address and then it will redirect to a page or a download?

Build a form so they can input the email address, then just send to the page you want to redirect to.....

I think I should have been more specific.

What I'm tryign to do is

Someone wants to get a pdf download from my site. I then have a link that will popup a box with input field that will require them to input their email in order to download the document.

What I'm having a problem is how would I go about doing that in PHP?

I just want to collect the emails for a mailing list.
