Primary key problem

I am trying to create a database for an association and they want no duplicate name , street address, city, state and zipcode.

This is to eliminate all duplicate people.

Is my only option to concantate all of the above fields and then install them into my primary key. This seems like it would be a hassle to use any of this information else where.

You can set a alternate unique index on any field. It doesn't need to be the primary key.
