Kill Process Or Connect To Server

Hi there
What i want to do is kill a process i have tried using batch files but wasnt sure on it so i was wondering if there is anyway in php to do this. If not is there a way to connect to a game server through i.p address and the password and then use the game comamnd to just close the game server i appreciate any help.

my isp is giving us the same option through a php application we connect to their game server and ofcource ip is involved in it.
