Regular Expression?

I'd like to grab out a block of HTML that has multipule lines.

</TABLE></TD></TR></TABLE><BR><BR>
<B>Title 1</B><P>
<BR>
<B>text</B><BR>
text<BR>
text<BR>
<BR>
<I>text</I><BR>

.....

How can I grab all the content between the line of Title 1 and Title 2?

The "s" modifier on the regular expression enables the . (in the (.*) part) to match newline characters.
