IP to URL ?

Hi,

I have a question, I have a guy that always try to steal my layouts of the sites I made. I know when he goes on the web, he uses a computer with a dynamic ip, but I also know that this IP is related to a URL using No-Ip.com

My question is, i want to write a code a get a copy of a code that is very simple so that every time the page is opened, the code ping the url ("http://www.xyz123.com") and if the ip address of the url is the same as the one of the user, he's blocked.

I have no idear who to do it, I even search the web and found nothing intresing.

If someone has an better idear, tell me, I'm open for everything! 😃

Bear in mind that this won't work if he's using an anonymiser or web-cache, as both of these will misreport his IP address.
