I have been trying to set up a website with UPS, I found code on the zend code gallery for the UPS rates and service selection. It is returning a rate that is less than what it should be. I checked the URL and all of the variables seem to be right. Does anyone know why it would do this? I can post code if needed.
Also, has anyone worked with UPS using php and xml? Can you give me any advice?
