bison -y parsedate.y compile error

Can anyone help me with this? We are on HP-UX 11.11 trying to compile PHP 4.3.4.

Here is the error we are getting when running "make".

/tmp/php/php-4.3.4> make
bison -y /tmp/php/php-4.3.4/ext/standard/parsedate.y
*** Termination signal 13

Stop.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
