Calling aspSmartImage from php

My webspace provider doesn't offer gd nor imagemagick,
so I have to use aspSmartImage to add text and resize
the images that are being uploaded from my website.
But, when the image has been copied to my server in
my php file, how do I call for the aspSmartImage to
do what it's supposed to do. There must be a better
way than META refresh-forwarding to a .asp-file.
