Hey people,
I am working on a video game project with people online. I am wanting to make a php site that will allow users to see what tasks is done/work in progress on the video game, i.e. how much of art is done, how much of the program is done. Each category would brake done in to sub cat. i.e. Art->3D, 2D, Sprite, logo, etc..
I like to use flat file instead of using Database so no sql.
I like to know if anyone has done this type of thing in the past and can share some code.
basically I want to use this to see what’s been done on a game and keep track of comments or bugs in the game. via internet so multi users can log in and edit the current status.
I like to calculate this by php
Main page should look like this:
Overall Game status: 30% done
Art: 30% done [ view tasks]
Programming: 40%done [view tasks]
Music: 0% done [view tasks]
Resent Tasks finished:
Art->Menu-> Button gui finished by Username 01/04/04
View all Tasks
then
Art view task page looks like this:
Art Task 30% over all done
