Form Help

Im having trouble getting information from a form. Basicly what Im doing is, im getting information from a mysql database then it auto generates html form checkmarks and gets a image name from the records then palces it next to the check mark.

There could be from 1-whatever checkmarks generated. I want to beable to get the value of any checkmarks checked and bebale to throw them into a database

basicly heres my snipplet

[ ] angeldsalazar.jpg
[ ] avilajason.jpg
[X] barlaucarrie.jpg

all the jpg names are pulled form the database, now if I hit submit how can I get the values for only allenkent.jpg & barlaucarrie.jpg. Basicly any checked checkmark. the text will always be diffrent

if ($_REQUEST["go"] == "yes") {
	foreach ( $_POST as $key=>$val ) {
		if (eregi(".*jpg", $val)) {
			echo $val."<br>";
		}
	}

You could also give all the checkboxes the same name ending with [] and get an array back.

<input type="checkbox" name="jpgs[]" value=...

if (isset($_POST['jpgs'])) {
  foreach($_POST['jpgs'] as $jpg) {
    echo $jpg;
  }
}
