ImageMagick Weirdness

I'm having a strange problem with imageMagick. I'm writing script to convert a folder of eps and tiff files to pdf's. Things are looking good for the tiff's but I'm having trouble with the eps's. The pdf is being created, but it sits in the bottom left corner of a very large transparent pdf?

I'm using imageMagick 5.5.7 and eps ghostscript 7.05.6

hey. interested to know if you ever got an eps into a pdf? we are using ezpdf but i can't find any support for importing eps files instead of jpgs.

did you sort it out?
