New php User question

I'm new to php and installed phpWebSite and want to change the colors/pictures that come in the default theme...I have managed to change the main logo, but the colors are still wrong, and the boxes are wrong too...how do i go about changing colors?

Is there a tutorial i could go through?

I'm sure there's something on their website. More than likely, this is controlled through CSS.
