Change structure of DB

Is it possible to change the structure of the db. Heres my problem.

This is my website: innovativedesigns I have been busy working on a revamp of the backend on another server. This is all fine. Now i come to adding the data from the old DB to the newDB. There are some new fields and some renamed fields this makes it difficult for a table dump from one to another. So this is why i ask if there is a way to restructure the db.

I have scanned through phpmyadmin twice and i cant see this option

You have and edit option on each field in the structure view for the table.

i dont see any edit field? Is this a new option in a later ver of phpmyadmin?
