[Resolved] Assistance in ereg and/or parsing

I am totally stuck on this one and was wondering if there are any guru's that could assist me on getting this working. I am attempting to check to see if $desc looks like:

$desc = "Payment 5 of FuturePay agreement ID 9119119"

What I need in the end result is to check $desc for this format and if so, return one variable AND set one variable to YES:

$ID = 9119119
$REBILL = YES

Otherwise $desc may look like:

$desc = "Subscription to my site"

which in turn would provide me with: $REBILL = NO

Any help on this would be gratefull.
