Forms

This not a php question but I thought someone might know the answer to it, I feel like an idiot but here goes.

How do you put more that one form into the same page, without having them mess each other up? I don't think I have ever run into this problem, but I would appreciate help.

I tried that but I am putting a form within a form, and when ever I press the submit button on the form inside the main form submits, I tried using an external PHP file but still does it.

I do not believe embedded forms are allowed--w3c spec.
