Anybody Familiar with RETS?

How can I fetch data from "http://rets.hicentralmls.com". I have an account in the server.

Well I have been able to create a sesison, but now I am stuck in getting my property. I am unsure of what headers and how to coninue a session I keep getting 401 unathorized but I do get the session cookie. Any help would be great.
