Cookies Mozilla Vs. IE

Hey guys, me again...

I have been working with cookies, and always have tested with mozilla, not thinking about IE. Well, after I finished the thing works in mozilla fine, but not in IE....

Off the top of your head, do you guys know any reasons cookies would work in Mozilla and not IE?

I think this may have something to do with cache. I can create the cookie, clear my cache(or go to delete personal files) and the cookie will be there. I can delete my cookie(if I refresh the cookie is still there) but if I clear cache and refresh, it is gone...what in the world? Any idea how to fix this?

Ok...Uhh I don't think it will help much, but

Delete cookie:

setcookie("loggedin", '', time()+24*3600*99999999, "/", "chaseschwalbach.com");

Set cookie:

setcookie("loggedin", $user, time()+24*3600*99999999, "/", "chaseschwalbach.com"); }

Both are set before anything is sent to the browser.
