It's not a php problem but please can someone please tell me how to install iis server on windows xp home edition?
XP Home Edition does not support IIS.
You need XP Pro to run IIS (NT4/2000 works too).
If you can't get ahold of a copy of XP Pro, I'd suggest using Apache 1.3.29 or 2.x if you're feeling lucky.
