Ok, I know you can use programs such as PHPMyAdmin to connect and manage your database.
But I know you can download some software to run from your computer to do the same things....
I downloaded Navicat, set up my connection, but it wont connect....any ideas? the problem i think is the host...what do i put for it? my web address? by datavase address? cant seem to work it out
