Help desk-type ticketing system

Has anyone come across a good opensource/freeware help desk-type ticketing system? Preferably in duck ASP (means I don't have to install PHP on our file server) but PHP is fine.

We use a couple different systems here, some custom/proprietary, one vendor system we use is HP (OpenView) ServiceDesk, tho afaik, that's far from free.

I helped a little with some of the previous development, and it's a usable system. There is a newer version in the works some other developers are working on that will be released but I don't know when.

Liberum is pretty easy to set up on an asp server, so if you have an IIS around try getting a copy & see if you think it will work for you is the best I can say. No, I don't use it myself it's not really geared for a one-person shop.
