challenge?

Hi everyone.
I have a request. My bro and I have started a website and we would like to include a for sale page on it. I would love it if some of you guys who can actually write this stuff and not just pretend (like me!) could have a go at writing a script that would enable our site visitors to place their own ads on our site without us getting involved. i would especially like it it had the following features (please keep in mind that i am a newbie and as such, i don't know if all this can be done):

1. The site users would type in what text they wanted displayed in their ad and also their contact details.

2. They would then select a picture on their hard drive to upload and have displayed in their ad (with a maximum size of, say, 100kb).

3. it would be cool if the script automatically resized the image to a pre-determined size.

4. The ad was deleted from the server after 1 week from the date that it was posted.

5. the ads would be categorized and searchable.

So what do you think? I thought this might be a bit of a challenge for you guys, but i hope you can do it!

Might be better to actually learn PHP, or hire a programmer to code for you.

i rusty on php plus i only 13, if i find enough will power i might do it, but you should learn php, i wanted to make an rpg with a real battle system and database, that why i learned it, i never did get around to making that rpg though

Sure I'll do this for you, it's about 15 hours of programming and testing at $45 an hour. Now if you want to code it yourself I'll be more then happy to piont the way to some helpful tutorials and such.

I was wondering which bit was the challenging part. If the images were searchable by content - that would be a challenge....
