Hello programmers and readers that are lost.
I have been having alot of trouble setting up the IMap function with php. I finally installed the Imap through cpanel on my server. The next thing i need to do is compiling it. Just to give you guys a little background informations. I do not know any linux at all. I started to read the red hat linux commands and only made it on chapter 7. I am in desperate help and wish that some one with this knowledge feel pity on me and help me out. The imap is install because the function works. But the function does not work because i cant open stream. When i check the phpinfo() it says '--with--imap' in the php manual it says that it should be pointing to the c-client directory. But i dont know how to do this or try compiling it. And help on compiling this would be great. I have been through som any forums and none have shed any light in this darkness.😕 😕 😕
