Hey. Ok ive done sites before that have searches, where you can serach through a list of products etc. thats fine cos youre just querying the db for rows that contain that word.

how do you do more general searches, when it searches whole pages? and what if the pages are html? if the content was all mySQL powered, that would be ok, but how can you search a site of html pages for a keyword? i know google has a facility to do this that you can integrate into your site, but thats lame.
