Remote MySQL Connection Problem

Hi Guys am having a problem trying to connect to a remote mySQL server this is the error I keep on getting:

Warning Access denied for user: 'apache@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/********.com/httpdocs/html/config.php on line 3

Could not select database

Av tried everything but nothing seems to work.Weve gone to the host and his managed to telnet to the server but we cant seem to access it from our web app.

Does that user have a password (I hope for securities sake)??

If so, then send the password as well in your connection script
