I've finally got the time to start coding my own forum...I don't know how good it'll look in the first release, but I know that looks count a lot....
It looks to me like you have got most of the major features needed, aslong as your database schema is top notch and coding good then adding a good UI should seem like the easy part. If you need anything, design or documentation writing then just pm or msn messenger me!
