im gonna start working on the graphics side of my forum. Im thinking something that loads different CSS files would be a good idea! Im thinking this is about the best way! but Im also gonna make a PHP admin panel for the forum to change colors and what not, and so Im wondering would i have to write my own function that changes things in a CSS file?> are there functions for it? are there any other options?
thanks for your time and wisdom 🙂
you can have multi CSS styles and randomly open one i.e.
you have 3 differnt css files for same website. using same id nameing and all..
1- black backgound page 2- blue backgorund page 3- gray background page
if u click 2 then u get blue backgorund along with whatever els u got
i see and i have tested that!
but im gonna make something that u can pick any color, font, background, etc
so i can ether rewrite a whole CSS file or create my own CSS parser that finds and edits the value?

Also, CSS actually has a way to specify alternate stylesheets, and some browsers (eg. Mozilla-based) have the ability to choose between those alternates. Not sure about IE though.

helped somewhat. I have currently made the start of a CSS parser that takes certain style tag and then value and displays. now i just have to use the fwrite command instead. I didnt want to use a database to pull for every loaded page so im just making my own CSS php/html control panel to edit fonts and colors and images for my forum 🙂
