setting up email in subdomains

Hello all

I am providing a subdomain service for the users who register in my website and they will be able to get a domain something like this.

www.customer.mydomain.com

But i just want to know how difficult it is to provide email address to the customers in their subdomain for example:

[e-mail]

And i'm providing a service for the customers so that they can login to their subdomain and read their emails which is sent to the email address above.

I would like to know:

1. How to setup email address for subdomains?
2. How to catch emails sent to this particular email address to deliver to the customers inbox?
3. What do i need to do if the customer wants to divert some of their other email addresses to this subdomain email address so that they can see every emails send to him to different addresses in the same inbox in their subdomain? 😕 ??
