recommend a good PHP/MySQL web host

hello,
can anyone recommend a good web host solution that offers PHP/MySQL? the nonprofit i'm working for currently uses Earthlink who charges $29.99/mo for only 20MB of space and no database choice but crappy MS Access!
does anyone know anything about Lunarpages or Ipowerweb? these are the two i'm considering.

ok, how about some REAL recommendations?? anyone?
anyone at least know the scoop on ipowerweb or lunarpages?
i hear they've both good, but i've heard ipowerweb's support sometimes sucks.
i'm not in the need of a super high speed service with loads of space and transfer bandwidth. just a simple, reliable, affordable host w/ PHP/MySQL and excellent customer support.

http://webhostingtalk.com they have thousands of hosts there, just searh hosts, research and get information from Support about clients they host so you can get what they think of the host.

i'm on the forum right now. i'm 95% swayed towards lunarpages at this point. anyone have any horror stories about them to further throw me into utter confusion?
