about cache

hello there i made a site u can visit it. berkzter.com but i dont know whats the problem with caching everytime i go to some link and go back to the previous link i came from the cache is still there i need to refresh the site to view the current. what dou think should be the problem?

try putting
<META HTTP-EQUIV="PRAGMA" CONTENT="NO-CACHE">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" CONTENT="NO-CACHE">
in your head tags on the page.
