I have been using phplib for over 4 years, with php 3 and 4. It has worked very well for me, and has been very solid. I see very little mention of it these days, and was wondering if there is something better out there now? I know PEAR had some sort of database abstraction layer, and I took a look at it when PEAR first came out. However, it did not seem nearly as nice as PHPlib. What new fangled DB abstraction layer do you guys use nowadays? 😉
I have no problems sticking with PHPlib, but if there is something better, I am all for change.
