help fast please :(

Hi there
on my home computer which is windows xp i have an exec script which worked fine after i allowed apache to interact with the desktop but when i did exactly the same thing using my windows 2003 server machine it still didnt launch it in the foreground only in the background and the program i am trying to launch requires it to launch in the foreground as it is a console window so does anybody know if there are any other features that i need to enable to make it work as i really need this to work and i need to get it to work fast

I only have one Metallica CD- the self-titled one with the black snake on the front. Not a hard-core fan, but I do respect the band- I think they are very hard working and have been through a lot.
