[Resolved] query time

You know how you do a mysql query, and the response is "5 rows in 0.06 seconds" ? Is there any php function which returns the query response time?

mysql_insert_id returns the last id
mysql_info doesn't seem to return this
and mysql_error doesn't work either.

Can easily build you own with [man]microtime[/man]

I had thought of that, will probably do it, just wanted to get it from mySQL since there can be delays in receipt etc.

Yeah, I don't know if php can return the actual value. If it was ever returned, I would think it would be included in mysql_info, but there's nothing there for it. So I'm thinking the only solution would be to do a makeshift microtime count yourself. Just starting before the mysql_query call and ending right after so you don't get any excess loading seconds in there.
