Redirect Page!!

Hi all,
Thanks very much for your previous help.
Now I wish to create a redirect page. After the user submits a form he/she will see a Thank You page which should then redirect back to the form page.
Please could you tell me how I can do this.

You can use the HTMl meta tag with referesh and set the time to how long it will wait before redirecting....
