SIMPLE PHP editor

I'm sure editor questions have been asked before, but here we go...

I have a slooow computer and have been using Notepad for PHP coding.

It's neat and simple, but I miss line numbers and color coding.

I'm looking for a Notepadesque editor but with those things, line numbers and color coding.

No bloated editor with debugging, previewing and colorful toolbars, just a simple editor.

Does one exist (preferrably free, in ASM or C, not VB, and for Windows)? 🙂
