I need help on a Chilli .net server. The server does not allow me to create files on the server, but does allow me to upload files ot the server and create folders etc. Does anyone know how to create a file (locally etc) and then upload this file to the server. I am using ftp_put to upload files (which works fine). But I am unable to create a file while on the server.
Please, please help.
