screen entry into database then post

Hi...i searched and couldn't find this in the forum, hope this isn't a repeat question:

I have a site where the user enters info and is stored into the database. Is there a way that I can see what they enter first, make sure everything is the way I want it and then post it? But as opposed to doing this manually, how would you suggest I go about this? Thanks.

I have a table calles waiting users.
First I watch at the data and then I click approve and then they get copied into the other table users.

What you also could try is to add an extra column called ok
and when you have seen it you click somewhere to add ok in the column 'checked'
and the select queries that the users can see add an where clause with where ok='checked'

cool, thanks. i will try that. is that something that you have to input into the table manually? i'm guessing not...you write a script for it?
