Session Help

Was running PHP5 testing and everything was well and downgraded to 4.3.4 because the machine is going live now. After changing versions I get this on pages where sessions are involved.

Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp\sess_c0a3c26cfc39ad8a47c595e5479708ba, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\db\index.php on line 2

Notice: Undefined variable: error in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\db\index.php on line 8

Hi,
you have to find the session.save_path on php.ini. This line set the path to temporary directory for the session files. You need this directory to exist and be write-accessible for the php owner.

got it now. It was set to /tmp and this is on IIS so now it is C:/Windows/temp and all is fine now. Thanks
