[Resolved] Local Vs Web,how do I make them respond the same?

I am creating my website locally and everything is fine. But when I upload everything to my server, I start getting all these coding errors and my local host won't tell me. Is there any way I can get my local host to act like a server on the web and report the errors that I will get when on the web? I end up fixing them and seeing what I did wrong but its really annoining trying to locate the error since locally everything was working perfectly. So is there any way to do this?? Thanks.

There's probably a php.ini setting (or a few of them) that your host has set differently. You might do a phpinfo() on both servers and see where they don't match. Then update your server as necessary...

That's like calling a mechanic but refusing to tell them what is wrong. Find out the errors, and report back.

Pretty much all I can tell you is to check the php.ini. It could be that one environment has register_globals on, and the other does not. It could also be something entirely different. It's impossible to say without knowing what the errors are.

Most common problem is "register_globals"
set them the same.

Ok good idea, I'll check the phpinfo and make sure to make them the same. The errors I was getting are from requring files. For some reason locally some of the files I was calling did not have the right path, I missed /folder/file.php, I had /file.php with no folder but it was still working, I have no idea how it found the files and worked so since I got no errors I assumed everything was correct. I am watching that part more closley now so I don't do that again. Thanks for the advice.
