Re-Write/Enhance Code

I am very much a newbie to PHP and am wondering if there is anyone out there who might be interested in either re-writing the php code or enhancing the current code. I have a banner creator site and would like to add more options, such as: bold, italic, font, font size....I just purchased this site and am looking to make some changes. Anyone???? Referrals would be appreciated!

Maybe you should learn PHP im sure its not that advanced + PHP is very easy to learn.
