regular expression to parse emails

[GRUMBLE]

hello,
i have some text that includes some email adresses in it. now i want to parse that text and filter out these emailadresses.
(no, im not a spammer)

i thought a regular expression could do the job, but im totally bad at it.

could anyone help me with this?
