haha.. It looks like the programmer fell asleep on the keyboard and hit save. Then restared their machine. LOL. I wasn't ever a big time user of PHP.org ... always php.net. 🙂 Ok I'm done being retarted. LOL.

Maybe the domain name was recently up for grabs and was snaffled by someone who wanted to use it for advertising perposes, since there only seem to be ads on it.

Having said that, I don't know what php.org used to look like, so I can't really comment too much
