How do you make a link so that it streams music? Assuming I have the music file on a server. Is it just a file extension type of thing? If so, how do I convert the mp3's to the correct type of file?

You an use javascript or HTML to do this. I do not believe PHP will. From the sound of this post, I would recommend HTML.
