script stops execution prematurely

Hi,

I've made a script to check the link popularity of a given list of URLS (that are placed in a database). Usually it works fine, but when given an unusually large list of URLs the script will sometimes just stop executing mid way through. Despite adding ignore_user_abort(true); and set_time_limit (0); it still stops. Any ideas on what could be happening?

what is your config? machine, mem, clock, so, webserver, phpversion, db..

i dont want your dns nor ip 🙂
