Feedback Frm Error

OK another problem thats been bugging me for weeks:
I have created a feedback form. On submit it should be sent to my email address. But I get the following error:

Warning: mail(): "sendmail_from" not set in php.ini or custom "From:" header missing in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\newsite\thanks.php on line 222

I know I need to change the following:

; For Win32 only.
SMTP = localhost

; For Win32 only.
sendmail_from = [e-mail]

But to what?????? I don't know anything about mail server,etc. My site is on localhost. Please help.

You need to set the SMTP to your ISP's SMTP server (unless you are going to host your own) and the from address can be anything - make it your own address....
