I have been using Rentacoder.com as they have the escrow system. I am going to check out these other sites.

I'm moving to the echo lounge, as it's not requesting PHP coding help; but I'm not deleting or otherwise modding it out because it might be useful to point others at when they do advertise.

As it happens, PHPBuilder has a contract with Dice in which PHPBuilder doesn't allow job posts and Dice doesn't do PHP forums.
