Trying to get started with PHP

Wondering if you can help....

I'm trying to get started with PHP and the like.

Localhost and 127.0.0.1 works and all that in internet explorer.

And i'm using Editplus to make my "Hello world" script.

Now when I try to run this on internet explorer. I just get what you see below in the picture.

Any ideas people?
